Classes We Offer
Dance Fusion is a class that combines the upbeat and rhythmic movements associated with 'modern jazz' with the spiritual poses and stretches used in the practice of yoga.
The yoga aspect of this class opens the mind and body to create flexibility and balance, while the dance element adds strength and tones the body. Combining these movements will allow the mind to move from static to flowing and back to static.
This class reminds us that life is ever-changing.
This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
This class offers time to reflect upon the day so far, allowing you to delve into your deep thoughts and find a way to relax and release any anxieties you may have. During this class, there will be a strong element of mindfulness towards your breathing to guide you through the experience.
Yin Yoga teaches the mind and the body to be still. The long holds and contemplative nature of yin yoga are great training for a meditation practice. With stillness as the objective, you will learn to focus on the sensations in your body while remaining calm.

Children's yoga is a fun-filled, simplified version of a normal yoga class. The use of stories and imagination allows the children to experience adventures while learning about the importance of controlling their breathing and emotions.
We offer two children's yoga classes:
Little Stars Class is for children aged 5-7 years and Young Novas class for children aged 8-11 years.
Chair yoga falls under the adaptive yoga category, meaning that it is a differentiated form of yoga to include the use of a chair for support. This class is particularly helpful in allowing people to still practice yoga to their full potential, which will improve feelings of isolation. Being calmer and more relaxed will greatly improve feelings of happiness and well-being, which everyone can benefit from!
Our family yoga classes are a great way for you to spend some quality time together as a family while being able to enjoy your own individual practise.
The family yoga sessions will incorporate a mixture of group poses, as well as individual postures, allowing you all to have fun together and still have time to yourself.
We will work our way through some of our favourite family books using our yoga poses and eventually be able to recreate whole stories using movement as the storyteller!
These classes are perfect for helping to cope with anxieties that you may be experiencing or other stresses that may be impacting your day-to-day life.
Our yoga class for men allows all levels to join in! This will be a private class for you to take part without feeling anxious. The classes will be offered to all levels, incorporating a variety of poses.
In these classes, we will be working on different poses to help build strength and increase flexibility, as well as helping you to relax after a long day at work or following a heavy workout.
Adaptive Yoga in Care Homes
Ageing can be a difficult process, especially for those who start to develop weaker bones, slower movement and less flexibility. Adaptive yoga is a great way for some adults to increase mobility in their joints, while giving them time to relax and take a step back. Props will be used in these sessions to ensure that no student is at risk of getting injured throughout their practice! Chairs can be used for support when carrying out standing poses or can be used for a seated sequence. Blocks and cushions may be used to provide students with maximum comfort, giving them the opportunity to fully experience the benefits of yoga.
These classes can be booked through an email or phone call and can be arranged to suit the needs of every student taking part!
The price covers a whole group for an hour.
Private Yoga Session
These sessions will provide a personalised routine of sequences specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual. If you would like to book your session for an in-person yoga class, you will benefit greatly from on-hand support to guide you into certain poses and out of any uncomfortable positions.

Yoga in Schools
These classes are tailor-made to suit the needs of every student involved from ages 3to 16 years. Some of the classes will be centred around partner work. Partner poses encourage students to trust one another, sharing weight and developing communication skills to successfully join together.
These classes can be booked through an email or phone call.The option is also available if you would like to book for a half term/full term.
The price covers a whole group for an hour.
