My name is Owen Bradley and I am so excited to have this opportunity to help people improve their eating habits. I have always had an interest in food and have always been curious about eating habits and the best way to keep my body healthy. I decided to follow my interest and I have been awarded a CPD qualification in diet planning allowing me to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. I believe that food should be enjoyable and there should always be some room for treats. As part of Everyday Nova Nutrition, I hope to make a plan that is enjoyable, sustainable and fully personalised.

Aside from being very passionate about nutrition, I also love to keep my body healthy through sport and exercise; I am currently studying Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath, hoping one day to apply my knowledge in practice. I first got interested in sport and exercise as a science when I started playing rugby every weekend at the age of 12 with the local Droitwich Rugby and Football Club.

Since starting university, I have had to press pause on playing rugby, but it has meant I have had more time for another huge hobby of mine, guitar. I started playing guitar when I was 8 and my interest in it has only grown. I now teach myself songs to play, and I perform them at family events and special occasions. As well as playing guitar, I love to attend music festivals and concerts. My favourite festival is Cornbury Festival in Great Tew, Oxfordshire. Some of my favourite musicians have performed there and the atmosphere is incredible. A truly unforgettable experience.

Another huge part of my personality is my love for travel and adventures. I love to explore new places and travel to different countries and experience different cultures.
